What counts as day 1?
The clock starts once your 3D design is approved and the project begins — because every decision is already locked in 3D, there's nothing left to slow the site down. Your contract states the start date and the day-30 handover date in writing.
What if materials are delayed?
That's our problem, not yours — it's exactly why we work through a vetted vendor network and a dedicated project manager who tracks materials before the site needs them. If handover still crosses day 30 for any reason on our side, the ₹1,000/day credit back applies. The guarantee is in writing precisely so you don't have to sort out whose fault a delay is.
Is ₹3.99L really all-inclusive?
Yes — ₹3.99L covers the full 2BHK scope: modular kitchen, 2 wardrobes, TV unit, false ceiling, painting, and lighting. No GST surprises, no "site charges" appearing on the final bill. The price you sign is the price you pay, and modular work carries a 10-year warranty.
